  • Management of Fracture neck of femur to preserve the hip and avoid total hip arthroplasty.
  • Preservation of the hip in patients of fracture neck of femur with failed osteosythesis.
  • Management of neglected fracture neck of femur with methods that aim at preservation of hip.
  • Traumatic Osteoarthritis of the hip.  Management is done with proximal femoral osteotomies. Patients own hip is preserved, his pain is relieved and functional mobility is achieved 
  • Avascular necrosis of head of the femur (Traumatic & non Traumatic).  Management of non-viable hip is done with various surgical procedures including proximal femoral osteotomies.
  • Management of neglected trochanteric nonunion and mal unions is done scientifically. Trochanteric Non unions as old as 15 years have been managed using intertrochanteric osteotomies.
  • Neglected sub trochanteric non unions as old as 16 years have been managed scientifically using AO principles
